After spending over four years co-producing HBO’s A TREE OF LIFE: THE PITTSBURGH SYNAGOGUE SHOOTING, Jacob wanted to merge his passion for storytelling with his love of people. He believes that inside everyone is a hero with a unique light that only they can bring into the world. So, he founded Ohr Productions, LLC., with the goal of helping his clients exceed their goals by creating videos that highlight their individuality and unique form of heroism.

A student of story, Jacob has spent much of his life consuming, studying, writing and producing them. He was one of 11 applicants selected out of hundreds as a cohort for the Jewish Writer’s Initiative (JWI), a creative endeavor supporting the development of screenplays that tell diverse Jewish stories. Jacob has also created content for YouTube’s UNPACKED and SLAM Magazine.

Jacob enjoys farbrenging, basketball, running, complaining about the Knicks and spending time with his wife and children (not in that order).
